Terms and Conditions of The Award
Nomination Rules for the Award
The charity association/institution must have been active in community service for at least two years.
Participation in the award does not require a fee.
The nomination must be accompanied by comprehensive information about the association/institution, including supporting evidence and documents.
There must be a system for auditing the association/institution's budget.
Members of the “evaluation team” may not nominate their own institutions for this award.
It is not allowed to submit more than one nomination by a single charity/institution.
Charitable organizations or associations that have previously won first place are not eligible to participate in the award until one cycle has passed since the date of their award.
The organization must be registered with the competent authority in the country in which the association operates.

The charity's strategic/annual plan.
The charity's organizational structure.
The charity's official (government) registration documents.
Participation and Nomination Method
Through the award's electronic form available on the award's website

Fill out the form: Fill out the form electronically on the award website.
Review: Review the participation form and ensure that the required information and attachments are complete.
Submission: Submit the participation form and receive notification by mail confirming receipt and submission.
Evaluation: After the submission period ends, a team of evaluators/judges will be formed to evaluate the entries.
Field Visit: The award team/judges may conduct a field visit to the headquarters of the nominated associations/institutions.
Report Preparation: The Evaluation Team prepares an evaluation report and submits it to the Board of Trustees for review and approval.
Announcement: Announcing the winning associations/institutions through the website and media.
